18 c. Agency was founded by Lauren Lynch Wemple in 2023 after working in-house at a menswear concept as the Head of Operations and General Manager. Complementary to her in-house brand experience, a worked directly with DTC brands, focused on growing their omnichannel business through long term partnerships with strategic and independent retailers and ensuring sell thru with enterprise partners via strategic brand marketing.
Before transitioning into global fashion and retail, Lauren was a top performer on enterprise sales teams within the tech sector. As you work with Lauren you will find her approach to creative production, project execution and sales strategy is heavily influenced by the years of her career spent building high growth startups.
Uniquely, Lauren cut her teeth working in the curatorial departments of museums around the world, in London, England and Changzhou, China.
