Agency was founded by Lauren Lynch Wemple in 2023 after leaving the founding team of a surf, skate and apparel concept where she oversaw production, inventory, shipping and wholesale operations in addition to supporting the CEO and Founder and creative team in photo and video production as General Manager. Complementary to her in-house brand experience, Lauren worked directly with DTC brands focused on growing their omnichannel business through long term partnerships with strategic and independent retailers and ensuring sell thru with enterprise partners via strategic brand marketing.
Before transitioning to global fashion and retail, Lauren was a top performer on senior and enterprise sales teams within the tech sectors. As you work with Lauren you’ll find that her approach to creative production and project execution is heavily influenced by the beginning years of her career, which were spent working in the curatorial departments of museums around the world, in London, England and Changzhou, China.
